Last weekend, my friend, Alyssa, spent a few days in New York City with her mom. Alyssa invited me to join them on Saturday as they checked out a flea market and then saw the Broadway musical, "Once." For last-minute plans, they couldn't have worked out better. I got to see my sweet friend, do some shopping (where I got some cool jewelry and scarves) and see a simply incredible show. "Once" was amazing, not only for the music but also for the love story. Yes, I did cry at several points in the show, but it was totally worth it.
